Gift Certificates: NEW: You can purchased them online! Or by phone or at the spa itself.
Please note that gift certificates do not have cash value and do not include gratuities. Make sure you use your gift certificate before the expiry date.

Booking appointments:  To ensure availability for all your services, please call prior to the date you wish to visit to book your desired appointment. A credit card number is required to secure your reservation.
For online booking, please note that at this time, we still kindly ask that you call the spa directly to secure your booking by giving your credit card number after all arrangements were made for your services.

Check -In: Especially if you are a new guest at Senses Spa, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order to have time to fill out our guests forms.
Your punctuality is appreciated. Arriving late for any appointment will result in your time being shortened in order not to disrupt other guest's appointment times.

Robes & Slippers: We provide robes and slippers to ensure your privacy.

Lockers: We provide lockers for your valuable items. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged belongings.

Environment: We kindly ask to keep voices to a minimum and to turn off cell phones and other devices.Our wishes are that all our guests are able to relax in our harmonious and tranquil space without being disturbed with undesirable noises.
Senses Spa and the Sheraton Hotel are non-smoking environments.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment you must notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 48 hours may be required for large group bookings. A full charge will be applied for missed appointments.
Payment: We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard,  travelers cheques, gift certificates.
Add 13% HST to all our prices.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities: They are at the guests discretion and are greatly appreciated to recognize the professionalism of our therapists and aestheticians. Please be aware that gratuities are not included in the prices.

Health Insurance Coverage: Insurance receipts are provided upon request at the time of booking.
